Mountain resorts and activity centers

Fjällvidden is located in Dähliebyn in Idre Fjäll and offers many activities for all seasons, but it’s not the only mountain resort in the area.

Below, there are links to the four nearby resorts where you can buy skipasses and book activities. There’s also a link to the local golf course.

Idre Fjäll is the home to our cabin and the biggest of the nearby resorts. They offer alpine skiing in all directions and lots of summer activities like mountain biking and mini golf.

Fjätervålen is more of a pure winter destination. They offer a smaller number of ski trails and alpine skiing with long and wide slopes.

Idre Himmelfjäll is the neighbouring mountain resort which has its premiere season during the winter of 2019/2020. It’s a year-round destination and focuses on family, accessability and nature.

Grövelsjöfjällen is a large natural area where cross-country skiing and hiking are the main attractions. Beyond that, there is the possibility of fishing as well as a small number of ski slopes.
